This session is all about putting the pieces together to create a compelling customer experience.

Using the Service Cloud for the Enterprise (Esplanade 300 - Thursday, 7:30am-8:30am): Are you already running a large and complex support organization? Are you curious about how to transition to the cloud? Qualcomm and Transunion moved their support organizations to the cloud and will talk about how and why they made the transition

One Year Later: The Benefits of Go-Live – What I Only Wish I Knew! (North 121/122 - Friday, 9:00am-10:00am): AvalonBay and Innovapost will talk about their experiences over the past year since they went live. Most effort on projects is spent gearing up for going live so it'll be interesting to see what happened after.

The Service Cloud Road Map: What’s Next? (North 121/122 - Thursday, 7:30am - 8:30am and North 121/122 - Friday 11:30am - 12:30pm): Salesforce's Service Cloud 2 has expanded the notion of support beyond contact centers to include social networks, communities and more. We're curious to see what's next!
